I have been a student of Tarot for almost 40 years.

The cards are a therapeutic way of finding out more about yourself. I do not use them as a divinatory tool or as means of 'fortune telling.' They are a collection of universal human and nature archetypes present in every human community.

The cards provide insight and possibilities for directions in your life, and can provide illumination in regard to specific questions posed to it. A knowledgable and experienced card reader can skillfully interpret a spread of cards to help you explore your options and opportunities. However, YOU are in charge at all times! The cards simply provide alternate viewpoints and perspectives. You make the choices you want; not the cards.

I will be happy to read for you if you are open and receptive to messages the cards may convey. There are an infinite number of possible combinations, and card meanings may change in proximity to other cards. If only three cards (of a total of 78 cards) are used in a spread, there are a possible 82,160 combinations. If I were to use 10 cards in a given spread (i.e., the Celtic Cross Spread), the resulting spread would be just one of a total of 45,379,620 possible combinations.

I also collect cards because of the wondrous, beautiful and inviting images many Tarot artists bring to their work.
